Runs digital development for Retail, Personal Finance, Private, Micro and Agriculture Business Lines. Increases products online availability, designs and optimizes omni-channel Customer Journeys (end-to-end processes for cash loan, credit card, overdraft and all deposit products). Designed, initiated and implemented digital strategy and transformation of the Retail Division of BNP Paribas in Poland (liquid Customer Experience, digital IT architecture, end-to-end process digitization). Led the digital program with main objectives including appropriate organization, structure, products and simplification as an enabler for IT. Increased digital capabilities and improved market positioning of the bank (key focus on convenience and User Experience). Moved branch processes to self-service (digital) channels enabling the bank to reduce the total number of physical branches (onboarding, cross-sell and daily banking transactions). Proposed new organizational structure that allowed delivery of digital change in the bank so it becomes more agile and innovative.
