Responsible for the ownership and accuracy of the payroll processes handled out of Poznań. This includes gathering appropriate inputs, updating the payroll software with the corresponding data and validating the payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payments. Providing financial support to dedicated local offices within the Company.

• Responsible for same tasks as Junior Delivery Specialist
Additionally:
• Providing Basic and Advanced SAP ERP training to New Joiners
• Providing payroll processes training to New Joiners
• Running payroll for employees: locking the system, preparing payments, payment validation, releasing BACS, re-opening system for payroll processing.

• Monthly payroll processing using SAP PY; 32,000 employees, pre and post-payroll reports, ad hoc reports, CHAPS, court orders, net advances, loan requests
• Calculating and monthly payroll data input into the payroll system in accordance with statutory and contractual obligations and to pre-defined timescales
• Processing amendments to salaries and staffing information related to starters, secondments and leavers in compliance with payroll policies and other requirements
• End of Year processing – P35 reconciliation, P11D preparation, P14 and P60 preparation
• Strong exposure to liaison with the Client on everyday basis
• Dealing with employees’ queries; providing phone support to the Contact Center
• Process statutory documentation from 3rd party providers
• Ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing
• Processing and assisting in collating payroll information for various reconciliations
• Updating and create new Standard Operating Procedures
• Working closely with Recruitment, Workforce Admin, Employee Services and Finance teams
• Attending interviews with Payroll Team candidates.
• Process owner for overpayments: calculations, adjustments, administering legal and business communication on the matter: escalations, process enhancements
• Generating P11D, P35, P45 and P60 forms
• Internal Audits
• Change requests – preparing amended SOPs, attending calls, assuring procedures are kept in accordance with the policies
