Systems Engineer - ADAS Function Owner
Analysis of technical issues related to the given function – verification of issues in the vehicle, driving and testing. Participating in some test drives that meet NCAP and NTSA regulations.
Coordinating of the algorithm development, vehicle test, independent test and validation as well as software engineering competencies.
Communicate with customer to understand his expectations.
Analyze technical and business requirements as an input to the user stories.
Support development team in daily work.
Establish and monitor performance metrics.
Communicate project status to product management and executives.
Lead the sprint review and check the implementation status.
Cooperate with development team to refine and improve agile process.
Working globally, across the EU countries, Asia and North America – the role involves international and intercontinental travel multiple times a year.

Main duties:
Read and understand plans and specifications, including one-line diagrams, cable and conduit schedules, ladder diagrams, and loop diagrams. Visualize two-dimensional drawings in three dimensions.
Examine field conditions and identify problems, inaccuracies, and cost saving measures that arise or that may be encountered. Take corrective actions as needed.

Responsibilities:
• Use CATIA Version 5 (Revision 24 and 26) CAD software at a highly skilled level to develop product concepts and designs of car’s seat frame assemblies and components (currently in BMW project)
• Create 3D models, assembly drawings and component drawings of product designs
• Develop advanced product designs in cooperation with the appropriate engineering disciplines and technicians according to customer and federal regulations and specification
• Works to timelines submitted by program manager
