IT Service Manager / IT Business Partner
- As an IT Business Partner for countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Slovakia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia I am individually responsible for covering all local applications and ensuring they are supported accordingly to our processes and within defined Service Level Agreement,

- coordinated the process of ordering certificates for the electronic signature for Bank employees.
