• Managing and developing extensive IT teams (three lower-level managers with team leaders below, about 50 employees: architects, analytics, developers) from different geographic locations (more than five cities) working in large and complex projects and programs with vendors participation;
• Guiding, motivating, and developing the directly and indirectly, subordinate employees within the human resources policy;
• Ensuring that the distinct areas of responsibility are correctly organized, developed, staffed, and directed.
