Delivery Project Executive
Main responsibilities:
ensure Customer Satisfaction, contract fulfillment and cost/resources optimization
for one of the biggest SAP logistics implementations (worldwide) maintenance by:
- leading Control Tower Organization consisting of:
o ITIL based Process Owners and Managers (Incident, Problem, Change, Capacity, Service Level,…)
o IT Architects as well as Functional and Technical Service Owners,
- end to end responsible for service delivered
o by Global IBM Teams and 3rd party suppliers
o consisting of various SAP modules and other solutions
- providing functional leadership for Technical Support Organization that is including:
o SAP Basis, Windows, Unix, Citrix, DB2, WAS, etc. support Teams (ca. 90FTE)
- leadership creating team spirit based on employees engagement, driving talented people to develop

Service Delivery Manager
.Main responsibilities:
improve level of Customer (leading express and logistics provider) satisfaction, by:
- reviewing Service Management processes design and execution
- analyzing Service Delivery issues
- creating and implementing improvement plan for above
- establishing proper reporting and improving Customer relationship
- running day to day Service Delivery Management processes and leading Teams during Crit. Sit.’s
improve level of Customer (leading express and logistics provider) satisfaction, by:

IS Project Manager / IT Manager
Main responsibilities: plan and lead projects providing world-class IT solutions for the Tea factory starting up from the green field, including:
- building highly resilient LAN and servers infrastructure (based on VMWare, CISCO, Microsoft)
- Information Systems fitted to the business needs (including SCADA, MES, ERP(QAD), MS SharePoint, etc.)
- establish a set of rules and procedures for local IT
- build and coordinate IT team (including internal and external resources)
- set facility infrastructure (access control, security and CCTV, anti-fire systems, BMS, etc.)
- building highly resilient LAN and servers infrastructure (based on VMWare, CISCO, Microsoft)
- Information Systems fitted to the business needs (including SCADA, MES, ERP(QAD), MS SharePoint, etc.)
- establish a set of rules and procedures for local IT
- build and coordinate IT team (including internal and external resources)
- set facility infrastructure (access control, security and CCTV, anti-fire systems, BMS, etc.)
IT Manager
Main responsibilities: understand the modern business needs, translating them to technical language and providing right solutions; providing high quality IT services in key parts of the business: production, administration and logistics of components and finished products, by:
- being proactive member of international team setting up Corporate IT standards and strategies
- participation in management projects:
* new production lines start up, building new part of the factory, clocking system for 5 sites (in Poland)
* production quality system for 19 countries (within Electrolux Group)
- IT budget planning and management (ca. 1 million Euro)
- creating local IT policy based on factory needs and corporate standards
- establishment and management of relations with IT services suppliers (internal and external)
- planning and organizing work of subordinates
- being proactive member of international team setting up Corporate IT standards and strategies
- participation in management projects:
* new production lines start up, building new part of the factory, clocking system for 5 sites (in Poland)
* production quality system for 19 countries (within Electrolux Group)
- IT budget planning and management (ca. 1 million Euro)

- creating and testing business contingency and disaster recovery plans
- identifying possible threats, elimination or putting them under control
- management of: Cisco IP Telephony, LAN and WLAN based on Cisco, Windows Servers (incl. Active
Directory), HP Alpha (Open VMS), VM Ware Infrastructure, CITRIX
- support for SQL Server, Lotus Notes, TETA, Catia, Codesoft, Adobe (various), etc.
- outsourcing contracts management (i.e. with: HP, IBM, Ricoh)
- creating and testing business contingency and disaster recovery plans
