▪ Setting up WFM Team & governance, building and defining workforce strategy & action plans for GDC PL,

Duties included:
▪ Managing Global Offshore Change Program in 4 Global Delivery Centers (creation and execution of offshore targets, management of projects, designing and implementation of offshore strategy, development of offshore locations, quality & service delivery improvement),
▪ Managing Exit Project for large energy account (building & defining exit strategy and plan, creation of exit team and execution of exit project & strategy internally and in front of the customer),
▪ Managing monitoring implementation (building & defining monitoring plan, implementation and execution at the cross organization level, managing and cooperation with various monitoring and tooling teams),
▪ Program and project reporting, KPIs, planning and implementation.

Duties included:
• Managing projects and an international Team providing classification to the global Hi-Tech customer,
• Responsible for EU ECCN and HS classification for Hi-Tech (telecom and network) customers,
• Performing internal classification audits from Hi-Tech products,
• Determination, preparation and application for export licenses on behalf of customers in front of authorities within EU,
• Support in setting up a branch office in Ireland (related to all customs and compliance topics),
• Representing and supporting customer in external compliance audit in front of British authorities,
• Coordinating and managing projects in multicultural environment,
• Direct and indirect cooperation with customers in order to ensure outstanding support and professional service.

Duties included:
• Responsible for existing and acquiring new customers in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and France,
• Performing sales activities like: products and company presentation, conducting business meetings and negotiations.
• Direct engagement in sales transactions (order collection, products preparation, logistics organization, after sales support, etc),
• Preparation of sales reports, organization of international trade shows (CeBIT 2009 in Hannover).
• Coordination of daily duties and ensuring that the best level of customer service is delivered.

Duties included:
• Underwriting of individual and business customer’s financial profiles, internal and external communication’s maintenance,
• Complex customer service, coordination of finance documentation and project management,
• Cooperation with financial institutions (Santander, Fortis, BMW Finance, Hitachi Finance), conducting internal, external trainings and presentations,
• Project management for a group of new customers across the UK,
• Sales coordination of financial products and services.

Duties included:
• Responsible for Internal Compliance Program for Lucent Technologies Poland and JP Morgan Chase Poland, maintenance of daily operations resulting of Internal Compliance Program,
• Ability to understand and use national, EU and US trade and compliance regulations,
• Performing transactions and third parties screening against black lists of US, EU, national and embargo lists,
• Project coordination in multinational environment,
• Conducting internal compliance audits, delivering compliance trainings and presentations to customers,
• Preparation, control and verification of compliance processes and procedures.
