Expatriate Transfer Advisor / Senior Exp. Transfer Advisor/ Coach
Managing transfer related processes of Shell Expatriate Staff moving to, from and within the EU/Africa/Americas region.
- Coordination and evaluation of relocation process for Expatriates.
- Manage major transition processes for Personnel, Payroll and Benefits Administration including: compensation calculations, payroll, initiating and coordinating vendor services, checking and signing contractual documents such as contract letters, offer letters, resignation, retirement, etc.
- Develop and retain expert knowledge of expatriate and local non national Shell global policy
- Maintain effective relationship with Hr Business partners community within Shell.
- Maintain information and remuneration in the system SAP (P91) and EIC in compliance with group's standards.
- Generate ad hoc reports from SAP (list of employee, active cases, completed actions, logging).
- adhere to data verification for SOX and financial controls.
-Provides new joiners training
-Quality check
-Supports & deputizes team manager
- tester of P91 system enhancements (countries migrating from/to payroll)
- expert on different kind of payrolls (e.g central, local, advice only, non live)
- Latin America migration focal point
