* responsible for setup the account environment in Ansible Tower including: credentials, inventory, projects, users etc.
* RBAC privileges deployment & mgmt

* automation engineer & developer: design/develop/test/implement automation on demand for the request from Customer(RFS)

* I came up with idea to develop and implement project to automate patching activities to save large amount of money and highly reduce the workload especially during weekends. I'm the architect, project manager, developer and tester of the project which is based on Ansible - the most famous automation software.

- change management - creation and approval of all changes planned for production environment
- process management for new applications introduced on Production environment(monitoring , application complexity management, documentation, communication with concerned production teams)
- Problem management/RCA - preparation, review and validation of root causes for issues occured on production environment.
- BCM(Business Continuity Management) - preparation and execution of BCM exercises on most critical applications
- BAU activity - recurrent problem analysis, analysis and reduction of incidents, patch campaign preparation, SSL certificates management, Documentation for L2, monitoring review and correction.
- L3 support - L2 support on demand
- production improvement - detection of functional application/OS issues, analysis and solution preparation
