* APN definition and modification regarding routing, tunneling (IPSec, GRE, GRE over IPSec), ip addressation, additional services (dhcp, dns etc.), firewall rules.
* Troubleshooting user problems: logging, tracing on device and on monitoring servers, analysing results.

* RNC definition.
* RAC/LAC creation.
* Logs analysis.
* Hardware/Software acceptance tests.

* Interface creation.

* Altering configuration according to planning team requests and APN changes .configured

2) Development and maintenance of monitoring tools:
-- DSL service monitoring enabling first and second line support to retrieve significant user and service information.

3) Packet data roaming service maintenance.
