Participation in translation of "Therapeutic & Diagnostic Device Outcomes Research" from English to Polish. Published under title "Ocena Efektów Stosowania Wyrobów Medycznych w Diagnostyce i Leczeniu" by Polskie Towarzystwo Farmakoekonomiczne (PTFE) - ISPOR Poland Chapter.

1) Configuration and maintenance of core network elements.
-- GGSN/PGW (Ericsson, Cisco):
* APN definition and modification regarding routing, tunneling (IPSec, GRE, GRE over IPSec), ip addressation, additional services (dhcp, dns etc.), firewall rules.
* Troubleshooting user problems: logging, tracing on device and on monitoring servers, analysing results.
-- SGSN/MME (Ericsson):
* RNC definition.
* RAC/LAC creation.
* Logs analysis.
* Hardware/Software acceptance tests.

* Interface creation.
-- DNS
* Altering configuration according to planning team requests and APN changes .configured
-- UX servers (monitoring and service)
* Setting ntp, dhcp, routing etc.

2) Development and maintenance of monitoring tools:
-- DSL service monitoring enabling first and second line support to retrieve significant user and service information.
* PHP generated website;
* Perl and Bash scripts providing content access;
* MySQL database used;
* BRAS and Radius remote command calls and file transfer, results presented on website.


3) Packet data roaming service maintenance.
-- Performing GPRS internetworking tests prior to commercialization (usage scenarios along with sgsn, hlr records verification, operator control tests ie barring and location cancellation in cooperation with roaming partners).
-- Roamining commercialization and control: sgsn configuration, enabling data flow in cooperation with GRX partners and IP security team.
-- Responding to roaming partners requests regarding reconfiguration and assistance requests. On demand GTP signalling analysis, sgsn user tracing etc.

4) Second line support requests solving
-- Mobile data user problems (service unavailability, low throughput etc.). HLR, SGSN, GGSN, Radius, Polystar OSIX signallization tracing and analysis.
-- DSL problems (authorization, accounting, finding unavailability causes). BRAS, Radius configuration and logs analysis.
-- Roaming problems - cooperation with roaming partners, GTP signalling analysis, performing and assisting service tests.

- Monitoring service and hardware alarms.

- Determining severity and traffic impact, reacting accrodingly.
