GMD Specialist:
- Creation/maintenance of Vendor/Customer master data,
- Creation/maintenance of Vendor guides,
- Project Manager for GMD projects,
- FIM/BFC reporting
SAP Super User:
- Ensure daily 1. level user support
- Identify and re-evaluate training needs going forward, towards end user
- Ensure training of end users by acting as a on-the-job trainer
- Reference to GMD Solution Owners regarding possible enhancements
- Ensure optimal system usage
- Responsibility for Vendor KPI’s
- Creation/maintenance of Vendor/Customer master data,
- Creation/maintenance of Vendor guides,
- Project Manager for GMD projects,
