- Responsible for security monitoring and audits.
- Conducting preliminary investigations into employee abuse.
- Monitoring the processes of developing security solutions for all of the bank’s s systems and business processes, responsibility for implementation and maintenance.
- Analysed the risk of breaching the security of the bank’s services and business processes.
- Participateing in operational risk analyses as well as coordination and monitoring of the implementation of technical and organisational security solutions as part of the process of minimising identified risk.
- Analysed the business and legal requirements of technical and organisational security solutions for systems and business processes.
- Analysing the benefits of implementing security technologies and solutions.
- Developing and monitoring the bank’s policy of informing employees and building their security awareness.
- Prevent internal and external fraud detrimental to the bank and its customers.
- Work with judicial authorities.
- Create concept of new innovation solutions
- New business development including new potential ideas
• Managing relationships with Polish and regional non-government organization related to IT Security
• Managing relationships with Polish Bank Association, represents Alior Bank in Bank Technology Forum (FTB), Biometric Group of FTB in Polish Bank Association
