Corporate action specialist in UBS Krakow;
- Provide the front office with summaries of corporate action events along with all appropriate documentation required to make a decision
- Reconcile and resolve exceptions related to position and cash discrepancies, rate differences, and suspense breaks with the custodians
- Processing SWIFTs messages
- Sending instructions for corporate actions events to custodians
- Research and monitor corporate actions on the market, using Bloomberg, Interactive data and Telekurs system,
- Field inquiries from the front office on the availability and settlement of cash and security proceeds from corporate action events.

• Setting up and maintenance of Equities, Bonds, Options, Futures, Forwards, CFDs
• Prices validation between internal accounting system and the external price vendors
• Daily support of the pricing platform users, e.g. price confirmation delivery, security setups etc.
• Close interaction with various Data Management teams across the firm
• Validating market data feeds
• Identifying and documenting errors in an effort to reduce risks
• Assisting on special projects and ad-hoc tasks as they arise
• Corporate Actions; booking of corporate actions related events (cash and stock dividends, mergers and acquisitions, spin offs, etc.);

-Research, monitor, and process corporate action information in Trading and Portfolio Accounting systems.
-Maintain corporate action information in databases. Ensure information is entered and distributed in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure all updates are made in each appropriate system.
-Analyze market activities such as price movements to validate corporate action events affecting securities in investment portfolio’s.
