 Oversaw the construction and fabrication of all Electrical & Instrument installations, Commissioning
Activities.
 Manpower allotment and monitor the material flow for the project
 Contractor’s arrangement and manpower monitoring for the targeted Schedule to complete.
 Plan, manage & coordinate commissioning activities
 Liaise with yard QA team, Class & Client on all commissioning related activities
 Witness of primary & secondary injection testing of CT, VT, ACB, VCB, and Ductor test, Hipot test
 witness FAT/SAT, supervise installation and power turn-on at site Ensure that all standard operating
procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
 Review technical quotes, recommend the selection of suitable electrical equipment and
instrumentation, cables and other system components based on process/project requirements to
assist procurement/commercial team
 Tender document preparation
 Contractors bill certification as per the work completion.
 Facilitate and document Construct ability Reviews with Engineering and Operations to optimize
construction and help prevent field rework.
 Report to project manager any concerns relating to schedule impact, quality, technical or safety
 Actively participate in all safety campaign and competitions including Innovation Quality Circles
programs

Responsible for Ship yard facilities such as electrical installs, repairs, and maintains motors,
transformers, generators, lights, appliances, circuits, wiring, and other electrical system equipment and
components. Operations and Maintenance of 2 Nos. of 952 kW Gas Gen set (Guascor), 4000 KVA SubStation, Air Compressor, LT/HT switch gear, PFI Plant. Ensuring all Documents,
 Checklists, Reports, Records are updated and maintained properly by operators and technicians and
produce the documents during auditing purposes. Contributing in energy saving initiatives.

 Review Purchase Specifications, Load Analysis, Voltage Drop Calculations, Overall, One-line Diagram
 Prepared Plan Progress Schedule (PPS), Bill of Material (BOM)
 Review vendors’ drawings, One-line diagrams, Schematic and Arrangement, Lighting and Electrical
arrangement, Lighting Panel Details, Detailed design of electrical, Design of Cable Way, Cable
Routing, Interference check-up.
 Participate meetings with the Owners/subcontractors, productions, vendors, Production support,
Site inspection, Supervise contractor work. Resolve site issues, Resolve Punch Lists, Reply to Owner
and Class comments

Supervision of E&I subcontractors and electrical personnel assigned in vessel from the construction,
Electrical equipment installation, cable tray & support, cable-way, MCT, cable pulling, loop checking,
termination, pee-commissioning, commissioning, start-up, Sea trial, hand-over, delivery and up to
warranty completion as per contract.
