•EDI orders supervising and transferring for planning and purchasing purpose, daily monitoring and receiving EDI orders from OE customers,
•SAP system SD module maintenance, involved in new SAP projects like: GPI, CINDI, e-invoicing, cooperation with IT team
•JIT dispatches and document flow coordination
•keeping FG stock level at required target,
•responsible for coordination team task in contacts with customs agencies,
•invoicing, cooperation with finance department,
•monthly ratings.. etc.

•responsible for executing orders from abroad customers and for import of components and materials necessary for production,
.supervising of warehouse stock,
•responsible for purchasing and transportation costs in import – export logistics areas,
•involved in production transfers (logistics matters) between ITW Inc. divisions and from external clients, commercial correspondence,
•contacts with customs agencies,
•preparing all documents necessary for exports and imports.
•selection, contacts and negotiations with transportation companies for export shipments,
•technical translations among French, English and Polish languages
