-Responsible for the detail planning function within the production area assigned.
-Participate in creating the Building Method description and the Production schedules and man hour/cost targets as the workshop specialist.
-Create the Work packages (contents, timing, and man-hour targets) in Projector for the assigned teams according to the Production schedules.
-To make the material calls offs related to the work packages to check/secure material availability to the teams.
-Will be the main contact person from assigned teams for the Design and planning group.
-Resource loading and detail scheduling for the teams in Projector, especially of the bottlenecks, in accordance with the Production Plan to update the existing Production plans in Projector "on-line" within the schedule limits.
-To take care of change orders routines (estimations, Projector, follow up).
-Gather follow up information from the workshop teams and make reports for the production departments and the shipyard management.
-Collect the design man-hour statistics and productivity information of the assigned area of responsibility.
-Coordination with the shipyard's design and production departments and other planners.

- Land planning, management and scientific research.
- Prepare zoning and land use regulation ordinances and other technical documentation.
- Site grading and drainage plans with utility system, water and sewer system design.
- Prepare storm water management facilities design also drawings and specifications.
- Landscape architecture and land surveying.
- Preparing and drawing topographical maps and boundary surveys.

- Oversee daily outgoing mail; sorted distributed incoming mail to appropriate staff members.
- Maintain daily schedule for Loan Officers.
- Respond to all visitor requests; provide full support in telephone coverage, including screening all incoming calls for Loan Officers.
- Processing of UPS and FEDEX packages to clients.

- Reviewed customers credit, check for any liens or judgments on its public record, and perform income verification.
- Handle daily tax procedures such as data entry, tax evaluation and tax consultation for a local tax agency serving over 30 customers daily.
- Served as a customer liaison by translating company procedures to Polish speaking customers and relaying customer needs and concerns back to upper management.
