Team Leader
- Managing a team of 11-35 individuals: fully responsible for team objectives settings, performance management, development and succession planning; conducting bi-annual performance appraisals and providing regular feedback; working with management (locally and in the UK/Philippines) to address the training needs of the team; ensuring that mid- to long-term career plans are in place for all staff members; ensuring succession planning and coverage at all times
- Supporting up to 12 clients - assisting in projects to improve the efficiency, quality and accuracy of deliverables
- Ensuring any issues, errors or complaints are escalated accordingly, and that adequate steps are taken to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences; first point of contact for any escalations from the client (internal and external)
- Ensuring target operating model and SLAs are delivered against and proactively raise concerns around target achievement escalating these to the Client Services Manager
- Producing timely and accurate activity and management information reporting
- Involvement in any relevant client presentations and evaluation / review meetings
- Identifying areas of process improvement, service enhancement, related strategic projects and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicating these to the Client Services Manager and the team (including administrators and re-source specialists)
-Resources allocation: ensuring all campaigns have the required headcount allocated according to the workload, arranging ad hoc support when needed
-Resource redeployemnt: making sure resources are reloacted between accounts on time and according to forecasts and budget
-Participate in the interview and selection process for job applicants, assist new staff members in learning job specific tasks
