Document Controller – Management document activities on Projects: KESH& Bocamina II

•provide a consistent and controlled method for administration and support the company contract and procurement and permitting teams to exchange with correspondence and technical deliverables with contractors and authorities
•coordinate, schedule, process and distribute the outgoing and incoming correspondence within company
•Aassist and support generation of accurate weekly and monthly status reports to ensure requirements and deadlines are being met.
•facilitate, coordinate and ensure deliverables(TPDs, EIAs) are ready for various assurance and quality reviews as required
•support the development of flowcharts, instructions, guidelines to facilitate the effective collaboration between company and vendors/contractors
