• Full ownership of forecast process in sales department, alignment with Business Partners, local finance and Central and Eastern Europe Head Quarter, preparation and management of internal forecast tool

• Preparation and analysis of accruals and prepayment
• Reconciliation of supplier balances, communication with suppliers, escalating and solving issues
• Analysis of cost invoices in order to determine types of expense and decide about correct accounting treatment
Additional experience:
o Member of a team organizing new department located in India: organization of tasks and procedures related to accounting, construction of schemes of financial reports in order to automate work, training new employees and supervising their work during the start-up period (Sep 2009 – July 2010)
