Recruitment Specialist
Responsibilites:
-independently conducting recruitment projects for IT and Back Office positions
-creating a full documentation related to the recruitment process including job description, advertisement and technical profiles of employees
-searching for candidates using various method i.e. social media, company’s database etc.
-arranging and conducting phone and face to face interviews
-providing detailed feedback to candidates at all stages of recruitment process
-taking part in realization of employer branding strategies: conferences, job fairs, workshops
and other company’s events
-preparing reports
-onboarding new employees
-building long-term relationships with candidates
-support for employees in administrative and HR issues i.e. OHS, deputation, benefits etc.
