Establishment of the Cracow branch – starting from none, achieving 45 engineers team in 6 months
Duty:
- Organization of bureau, facilities so the team – including management structure. Defining way of working with customers
- Daily supervision of process of service delivery. Making offers, analysis of performance, planning, personnel hiring management
- Problems solving, escalation management, support for team members if difficulties occurs
- Business development

Selected achievements:
 Development of service delivery, reaching 120 FTE of volume in 1,5 year, starting from “none” - 20% a month business increase
o Way of working: Managed Services – a combination of Fixed Price project and Time&Material assignments
 Winning very complex tender for UK based insurance company for maintenance and support of there is systems – ITIL based approach

Duty:
 Services delivery supervision, escalations management and mitigation, risk management, taking good care of relationship with customers
 Supervision over project in Agile and/or Waterfall methodic. Months lasting projects, level measured in thousands of manhours
 Risk mitigation, requirements management, prioritization
 Making offers, agreements negotiation, so negotiations regarding price, rates and conditions of services delivery
 Planning, performance monitoring, making calculations regarding profitability
 Initiation of new assignment in relationship with customers, setting up way of service delivery regarding technical layer so way of service delivery
 Business development – meaning evaluation of new opportunities discovered within customer organization
 Support for new business and technical opportunities
 Successful collaboration with all Ericpol (later Ericsson) structures to achieve assumed goals

 Making presentations, demos of solutions, processes – presenting ideas how to solve customer problem

 Poland – wide solutions for the third largest Polish bank - Project Manager and Solution Architect:
o Central and departmental data backup and i archiving system – these time, second the largest such a system in Poland – two years project
o Complex Help Desk and Support Desk system for about 5 thousand of users – two years project
o Massive implementation of complex server and PC infrastructure (thousands of nodes) including asset management, event discovery and management solutions – two years project
 Implementation of credit processing support system for some Siberian bank
