• establishing processes, rules, governance and quality of customer, vendor, product and pricing master records in Oracle Netsuite ERP system,
• manage new customer, vendor, item and pricing set-ups, changes and data enrichment in ERP/NetSuite master data and CRM/MS Dynamics,
• cooperation with Order Services, Finance, Logistics as the overall point of contact for all Master Data related considerations and acts as a key liaison for commercial end users across the ADC organizations,
• KPI reporting, SLA negotiations, ICS execution,
• Trainings and day2day support for internal and external customers.

• Pricing (Rebates, Discounts, Provisions management in SAP),
• Customer management on Customer and Hierarchy level,

2. ICS Officer CEE:
• ICS Sharepoint administration,
• Internal ICS audit performance,
• ICS training providing.

3. ODW (One Data Workbench) key user/administrator.
5. Tradeplace/CRM key user/administrator.
6. Local SharePoint key user/administrator.
7. 1st line IT support:
• on software level (SAP, SharePoint, SAP BW - Business Warehouse, Credit Note/Debit Note Database, TradePlace online platform),
• on hardware Level (including hardware ordering and management),
• SAP LUA (Local User Administrator - SAP users account management),
• company network, land-line and mobile infrastructure management,
• IT trainer (CRM, MS Office, SharePoint, CRM, internal company apps and hardware area).
