- Leading and managing the Directory Services Tools team
- coordinating and participating in international IT projects
- Acting as the Directory Services focal point for all tools and application request from customers by receiving and responding to any escalated issues or incidents that arise
- Ensuring Directory Services Development tasks are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations
- Working with teams within ATIS and Directory Services, to project manage solutions that require tools and applications related to identity and access management (IAM)
- Coordinating the building and maintaining of the tools and applications within the IAM environment to meet operational responsibilities
- Coordinating with other ATIS teams on development of new capabilities and services

Managing and Maintaining all IMPAQ Network including mail services, security issues and connections (5 international sites and about 400 employees). Main projects in which i participated was: implementation and configuration structure of Active Directory for whole holding, implementation of VPN connections to remote sites, implementation of security policy (smart cards, Group policy, antispam and antivirus mechanism) Very strong knowledge of MS Exchange, MS ISA Servers, network monitoring tools (MOM; What'sUp). Very good knowledge of network protocols, VPN standards (IPSec, L2TP) and others. Administration, configuration and maintaining of MS SQL databases, Cisco routers.

I've been responsible for whole aspects according IT. I've been reporting to Financial Director. Main project in which I take part is : implementation of automatic pharmaceutical warehouse which was build on SQL databases, implementing network infrastructure in new office, implementing holding standards, implementing system which support sales representatives. Main duties : administration of SQL servers, Exchange Servers, connectivity to holding main office, configuration and administration Cisco routers and PBX phone central (Alcatel 4400)

• Supporting of internal employees.
• Participation in project of implementation an e-mail system ( Lotus CCMail)in Poland, which one was pioneer o that times.
