HR Data Analyst
• Analyze, design, and build reports using several different reporting applications
• Respond to HR user requests for new and modified reports using Oracle Discoverer, Excel, Word or Access
• Respond to our business partners (Finance, Training, Risk Management, IT, Corporate Functions, Tax, State and Federal requirements) report requests
• Provide analysis and creation of new reports to support: new conversions, projects, enhancements and new functionality
• Create and run audit reports to maintain data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
• Update and maintain organized library of existing reports
• Production of ad hoc/daily/weekly/monthly/annual HR reporting for internal customers and external entities.
