Part of a major technology transformation programme, transitioning broadcast operations from tape to the integrated digital workflows, integrating planning & scheduling, media asset management and numerous subsystems including transcoding, transmission, quality control and non-linear packaging, file delivery, ingest and outgest functions.

Implementation of PeopleSoft CRM for the key player on the Polish telecom market-Telekomunikacja Polska S.A. (TP S.A).The system is implemented primarily to bring about efficiencies within the business and to facilitate the transformation of TP S.A. into a customer centric organisation. The new CRM solution supports customer management for over 10 million TP S.A. customers and 8,000 company employees will have access to it. This CRM solution implementation was one of the world-largest PeopleSoft Telecommunications implementation project (€33m), destined for CRM.
