International Mobility
Context: Improvement of HR processes and supporting the EMEA team
Coordinating the vendors for the logistics implementation of the international assignments to or from EMEAs; advising on topics related to immigration, moving, relocation & social registration.
Management of 110 VIEs: creating the files on Business France website, reimbursement of expenses, advices on the VIE policy.
Reporting, following-up and controlling expatriation and impatriation costs, reimburse expense claims; ensure invoice payment.
Coordinating and participating in internal and international HR projects.
