When we brought Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) to the European market in 1996, the concept of outsourced recruitment didn’t exist. Today, it’s a multi-billion dollar global industry with AMS leading at the innovation forefront. Organisations of every shape and size are turning to AMS and outsourcing to give them a competitive edge.

RPO involves an organisation passing part, or all, of its recruitment activity to an external provider like AMS. We, as the provider, act as an internal recruitment function, managing part or all of the hiring process, from strategy to selection to talent management.

While RPO remains a key part of what we do, we deliver far more than only outsourcing solutions. Our consulting experts work with clients across the world to optimize and enhance their talent and resourcing programs. And our capability is far broader than the traditional recruitment remit.
