- Anticipate HR further development,
- Participate to Merger & Acquisitions process,
- Recruitment: implement Europe recruitment policy, provider selection, job description deployment, job posting alignment (internal, external),
- Retention initiatives definition, implementation and follow up: employee handbook, internal communication, recognition program,
- Formalize induction program per staff level, implement and follow up for any new hire and promotions,

I am an HR manager with over 6+years of experience in all HR issues in Central and Eastern Europe.
I am looking for a project / job in HR in stabile, big company and in international environment. I have good experiences in following HR processes;
A) preparing job description, finding relevant recruiting channels, advertising and e-searching, executive search, etc.
B) interviewing , preparing the shortlist to discuss, support managers and leaders in recruiting process ,
C) knowledge transfer programs for new employees,
D) evaluation and development programs (in strictly cooperation with managers) , support in building relevant KPI for all levels. I have got good experience with various talent development and performance management programs, as well in building and re - building compensation & benefits programs. I have got as well practice with implement local and international evaluating programs on every levels of company (e.g. in Algeco for 8 countries, or in Canadian Medical Care in Czech Republic)

F) cooperation with CFO and managers on compensation&benefits system
