Test department Line Manager.
Recruitment of engineers for GSM BTS function and system testers. Competence development and appraisal of engineers.
Operational responsibility for the test of the features delivered, acting as Line Manager. Successed in department growth from 20 up to 40+ software testers.
Negotiation of assignment with the greatest telecommunication vendor worldwide and monitoring of KPIs. Ability to flexible handling of resources in situations where level of the assignments drastically changed, both up and down with short notice.
Supervising, supporting and leading maintenace and support of Automatic Test Plan for BSC and BSC/BSS I&V.
Downsizing a 40+ people GSM I&V test plant, implementing “outplacement” and career change programs inside company. Leading the transition of personnel from GSM BTS I&V into 3G WCDMA and 4G LTE product development.
Taking key role in the transition program focused on competence shift from tester into developer on group of 40+ engineers. All finished with success.

Project Manager/Team Leader.
Main responsibility: effective and close communication with the greatest telecommunication vendor worldwide. Work status reporting, monitoring of KPIs (objective and subjective), defect handling process improvement. Additionally I was planning tasks for up to 16 maintenance engineers and close cooperation with Line Manager in corporate goals formulation.
Active support engineer for 24/7 hours phone support for Global Product Line Maintenance (BSC/BSS – AXE).
