-Responsibility in planning, production and logistic areas including:
-Responsibility for managing operational planning and customer service
- Planning to balance line schedules,
- New Product implementations
-Cooperation with Purchasing Department and vendors to increase/decrease the capacity of supply in order to achieve requirements .
-Planning and ordering the raw materials and components to a specific commodity with sufficient lead-time to support the master production schedule.
-Generating and communicating release demands directly to vendors.
- Setting the inventory targets and budgets for commodities,
- Ensuring that stock is within the inventory targets and warehouse space constraints,
-Preparing reports for management and finance department on variations to inventory and obsoletes.
-Preparation of yearly production budget and ensuring that all targets are achieved
-Preparation of monthly production schedule in line with requrements,
- Preparation of yearly savings programs to reduce costs.
-Responsibility for movement of all materials to and from production, cooperation with forwarders to ensure that all products are delivered customers warehouse on time
