Team Leader responsibilities:
- Managing the team that is handling Collections for 4 Nordic countries within Export and Import
- Controlling yearly budget realisation. Participating in the future budget planning.
- Developing employees (including coaching, feedback and career planning)
- Assessing the performance (in accordance to the requirements and procedures)
- Recruitment
- Maintaining the Customer oriented and continuous improvement approach
- Business travelling to Nordic countries
- Implementing the new global system within the Team
- Future planning and analysis

Operational Risk Person responsibilities:
- Being the first point of entry in compliance issues for Collections (including Anti Money Laundering)
- Final approving, rejecting and further escalating compliance alerts
- Controlling the correctness and proper functioning of Business Continuity Plan for the Team
