Main mission is to standarize organisation and processes troughout all departments, maintaing manufacturing equipment and lead industralization of new products.
Main tasks:
Define, plan and optimize all available resources and budget in order to
achieve targets
Define and communicate individual and group targets
Define, develop and lead a 2-3 years Factory Master Plan and analyze relative
financial investment (ERR/MPV/PPT)
Participate to new product launch activities and drive the co-design of new
equipment/processes with suppliers/central functions coordinating the start-up
and installation
Consolidate and maintain the manufacturing excellence
Coordinate the tooling department activities to ensure moulds and machinery
maintenance
