• Establish, coordinate and provide hands on leadership for multiple process improvement projects to deliver the organizations objectives and strategic plans
• Monitor and support all aspects of service activity via an internal Customer Interaction Tracking tool and SAP systems

• Partners in cross business od Supply Chain impacted discussions across new or existing client’s business needs for Supply Chain & Operations areas
• Maintain metrocsd, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, training or safety traninig
• Participate in carrier management process, such as selection, qualification, or performance evaluation
• Monitor product export process to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements

• Production planning to meet customer demands and satisfaction using available capacity and components,
• Coordination and management of shipping process finish goods to customers,
• Monitoring and maintaining of appropriate stock level and materials rotation,
• Developing and implementation of optimal material flow process,
• Management reporting to the Board of Directors,
• Capacity analyze reports prepare and judge availability of production lines,
• Set up logistics processes for a new customers to meet their demand,
• Organizing all shipments in line with company requirements;
•Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating to all relevant departments
• Material master date implementation and development to achive the business goals
• Ensuring the integrity of import / export documentation such as Bills of lading, GSP certyficates, commercial invoices and packiging lists

• Management of supply chain logistics, maintaining communication with suppliers and logistic partners
• Creation internal material and part flows based on cost reduction, lead- time reduction, KAIZEN, just in time and lean manufacturing
• Management stock of components from European partners and implement correction action if needed
• Daily contact with suppliers and transportation company,
• Production plan analyze
• Production and logistics reports preparation for management.
