servers, switching (including Wireless, Ethernet and DSL), routing,
load balancing, bandwidth shaping, firewall technologies, etc.
across multiple site WAN & LAN environments
 Working with Internet Service Providers and hospitality
technology vendors to integrate converged systems and networks
 Creating equipment replacement tickets including configuration
and preparing tech dispatch for 3rd party technicians and installers
 Interact with hotel staff or on-site technicians to resolve higher
level network anomalies
 Providing guidance and mentoring for Intermediate and Junior
level Support Agents
