ey Responsibilities:
- Full End2End accountability for multi vendor/region organization supporting Global PG Digital Assets Management System with its ~20 integrations
- Yearly Cost Savings Goals - identification of cost optimization opportunities followed up by setting up and leading/governing projects to address them (e.g. various automation, simplification or team/process transformation projects)
- Working with Business and DevOps Partners to identify and execute improvements in Platform or e2e Business Processes to drive Significant Business Value e.g.: Integration of R&D, Master Data and eContent processes with DAM area, Creation & Publication of Various types of digital assets
- Accountability for Development Projects executed virtually and in Multi Vendor Environment
- Accountability for support of complex cloud architecture (>50 servers) - cost, monitoring, alerting, optimization
- Create and Influence Strategy for evolution of DevOps Organization and DAM Product RoadMap
- Cost/Budget Management
- Design, Setup and Governance of ITSM platform (Service Now) for DAM and related areas, with key automations

Accountable for QA and Test Management for Global P&G Trade Fund Management Projects.
As part of it I was e.g. coordinating Testing Intervention to drastically improve Product Quality KPIs while leading Global Testing, with 50+ testers spread across the globe.

I was responsible for leading this team and its work. Work of the team consisted mainly of two parts: 1. Integration related with release project and 2. Definition of processes and deployment and maintenance tools supporting software development and project management processes.
Additionally I was leading internal projects related mainly with tools and processes.

Technical Leader and Architect of part of the projects:
• DSM-CC Carousel system for accessing data broadcasted in carousels according to ISO 13818 6 specification plus modules for parsing DVB tables and Web Browser for broadcasted content.
• Internal system for managing tasks and bugs in whole department.
• Core system for managing user interface for new Samsung brand set-top box (design and partly implementation).

I took part in very innovative project: Mobile Map system – designed with the aim to collect and process the spatial data on the events in the roadway and create and update the databases about the roads for car navigation. (This product has got international award in Detroit: Telematics Update Awards - http://www.telematicsdetroit.com/awards/)
I took also part in few other software projects.
