Department Test Center
- Define test scope in Service Orders of Subsea Tools and Equipment related to maintenance activities
- Define maintenance scope of test equipment prior to and after test
- Define scope of work according to FMC Business Management System
- Define necessary test equipment
- Coordinate development of test procedures
- Follow up execution of test work
- Provide technical guidance and support concerning testing of Subsea Tools and Equipment
- Think and drive continuous improvement within relevant test activities
- Participate in bid meetings and kick off meetings related to future test scope

Department Overhaul XT
- Manage and coordinate MMR Scope of work
- Follow up Scope of work of ongoing work orders
- Perform all MMR activities in accordance with FMC Business Management System and/ or FMC Technologies procedures
- Exert best efforts to ensure MMR work is completed within milestones and requirements
- Write requisition to 3rd parties’ activities
- Be technical single point of contact on assigned work orders
- Exert HSE and Quality focus according to FMC requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Department Overhaul XT
- Responsible for the quality surveillance and quality control, ensuring that products and services towards customer are meeting the requirements defined by contractual and internal requirements
- Responsible for following up the quality at vendors during production, fabrication and delivery and ensuring that FMC requirements are met in all phases
- Responsible for review and acceptance of final documentation from suppliers and to the Customer
- Monitoring that all quality requirements for the products and services are transferred to the suppliers.
- Close work with Suppliers to help them with FMC quality and technical requirements
- Reviewing and correcting requisitions towards 3rd parties to assure quality requirements
- Creating project ITP’s

- Recommend design changes, technical improvements, and procedural changes, in order to improve safety standards, operating efficiency, and product quality and reliability.
- Performing production tests
- Implementing new production processes
- Performing validation of new materials
- Improving production processes
- Implementing new quality standards and tools
- Writing production instructions
- Technical support for production unit
- Working in Inter-facilities process problem solving and improvement team

- Implementing new production processes
