ScrumMaster / Team Lead
I was working mainly on projects where our objective was implementation of WCMS based websites (EPiServer). I was in a Scrummaster / Team Lead role in those projects. In scope of my responsibility were organization of dev team's work, blockers and risks management. I was also main point of contact for our clients.
Software Engineer
Software developer (J2EE and later ASP.NET) in many CMS related projects. Our objective was usually to implement website for our clients based on CMS (EPiServer / bespoke CMS).
J2EE Programmer
Server-side development of mobile sales system on top of existing warehouse / invoicing systems. All projects used Spring, Hibernate, Cocoon frameworks. Additionally part of my job were frequent contacts with Customers, evaluating their requirements and handling issues.
