- Supervised works performed and monitored heavy lifting (cranes 450 t and 650 t) and critical elements assembly (e.g. foundation steel frame 120 t, 3 mill grinding balls 70 t each),
- Gave H&S inductions to subcontractors’ workers – work at height, confined space etc. – over 800 persons inducted, over 1500 training hours,
- Developed and applied Safety Plan regulating H&S management within the construction site: responsibilities of contractors, trainings, risk assessment, work permitting with respect to Lafarge H&S Standards
- Managed H&S team consisting of 3 specialists (incl. Lifting Supervisor) and supervised contractors H&S teams (5 persons)
- Attended prequalification of contractors,
- Reported safety key performance indicators according to Lafarge Group requirements,
- Tightly cooperated with the plant H&S department in terms of trainings and applying safety measures at the site,

- On behalf of one of the main subcontractors I coordinated in the field of H&S works of own subcontractors (ca. 600 persons) in a dynamic environment of simultaneous, often interfering activities, within a significant pace of works and complexity of erected structures (e.g. 4 reactors of 600 t – 1000 t)
- Provided proper appliance of general contractor’s (Technip) H&S management system
- Coordinated actions of own subcontractors’ safety teams (5 persons)
- Cooperated with other main subcontractors’ safety teams.

- Performed self-reliant H&S supervision on client’s behalf at a chalanging industrial construction site,
- Developed and applied Safety Plan according to clients requirements,
- Reviewed contractors’ H&S Plans,
- Performed regular and routine inspections of general contractor and his subcontractor works (ca. 300 workers),
- Performed safety inductions for site workers and provided applying client’s internal safety regulations,

- Monitored assembly of large installation elements (horizontal mill, silo roof supports – mobile crane 450 t) in terms of proper safety organization and documentation,
