•Participating in LSS Six Sigma and the 5S Program, processes improvement (yellow belt training, certification and project implementation)
•Perform visual, functional and dimensional testing on incoming materials. Quality control of final products
•Sampling, inspection and testing of pack components used in finished product according to Quality Spec’s,
recording of testing results in real time
•Training of new employees

•Product quality checking, inspection, completing paperwork, deals with Engineers on a daily basis
•Diagnostic, testing optical machine interface (OMI, OMM), medical probes, automated metrology equipment
•Ensuring about customer orders

Resposible for testing of electro-mechanical sub-assemblies, medical devices, completing product checks and following Q.C procedures, completing paperwork, Software installation and updates, Continuous Improvement Focus: including participation in a Kaizen event using Six Sigma methodology and exposure to Lean Manufacturing and 5S

•Working with PC and Siemens software (MS Office, Windows, Lotus Notes, AS400, SAP, Solaris) and Advia Centaur XP, Classic, Refurbished
•HSE Compliance covering manual handling, bio-hazard training, PPE and use of MSDS database
•Participate in the training of other team members

•Software installation and update, Installing and configuring PC, printers and blade till units
•Installs and maintains internal Telephony system, PC, Phone and peripheral device adds/moves/changes

•Working in clean room and production area
•Working with PC and HP software (Work-Stream, FOL, SPC Charts, MS Office)
•Creating daily reports, pass downs
•Completing product checks following procures in accordance with CPS’s and SP
•Quality control - Scanning Electron Microscopes and Optical Microscopes

•Build parts to servers (hard drives, dvds)
