  Responsibilities:
  
  - Accountability for SAP infrastructure as part of global information solution services, with SAP as the most significant element of the support,
  - responsible for implementation of technical enhancements meeting business requirements,
  - guarantee secure and reliable infrastructure of the services,
  - control IS lifecycle from service design, through service transition into operations and regular service management,
  - continuous improvement initiatives
  - keep the service levels in line with SLA and ensure high quality of services,
  - maintained excellent business relationships with customers, suppliers and service managers on all aspects of service management.
  
  Requirements:
  
  - about 2 – 3 years of professional experience in Information System, Information Technology domain,
  - knowledge of SAP software (in one of the following: Hana, Basis, Solman),
  - excellent English skills (C1),
  - university degree in Computer Science, Applied Informatics, Information Systems or equivalent,
  - practical knowledge of Services Management methodology.
