- Provide regular and ad-hoc key financial guidance as a subject matter expert to the marketing campaign managers and other stakeholders
- Manage the accruals, prepayments and intercompany process

- Support Audits (internal, external, SOX)
- Create VBA macros that will automate process of analysis
- Support Power Bi dashboards with marketing data

- Prepare account reconciliations after month-end-close
- Manage payroll accruals in SAP
- Support Balance Sheet Review process. Prepare analysis and provide comments to the stakeholders
- Support Country Financial Review & Audits (E&Y, SOX)
- Support Business Continuity Planning (BCP) culture (documentation, back-up structure)
- Provide ad-hoc consultation to stakeholders

- Prepare and provide various payroll and employees reports for senior management, audits, labour unions, social fund or The National Labour Inspectorate
- Pull out bulk data with SQL statements from ERP system
- Create Excel templates and VBA tools to automate processes
- Define and calculate KRI and KPI for control purposes
- Maintain organizational structure in IT system
- Perform internal Excel training for team members
- Create and update process documentation

- Calculate performance and compensation for sales force on quarterly basis
- Daily cooperation (i.e. problem solving, account management, information exchange) with country sales managers in English and Russian
- Provide documentation of detailed calculation to region, country management and payroll within scheduled time frame
- Maintaine convergence between off-line calculation and system data by monitoring systems databases
