- knowledge of global health checks process and procedures
- perform a first level analysis of problems encountered with the health check tool
(Resolve issues) and/or assign second level problems to appropriate support groups and report on progress
- fulfill gap-lists
- customize policies
- work on exceptions
- assess manual health check lists received from SSO for items such as but not limited to:
• completeness (actual settings, compliant Y/N, executor, execution date ...)
• accuracy and correctness
- review post processing completion evidence for compliance tests (e.g. KPI) and store this evidence in the designated central repository
- open, track and close CIRATS issues in accordance with IBM policies
