- external and internal recruitment on different levels blue-white-gold collar (many higher levels of recruitment completed without the support of external companies),
- administrate all processes connected with employment, recruitment, trainings, redundancy,
- leading green belt project in accordance with DMAIC, design thinking, implementation of improvements. Creating and implementing new HR tools and solutions,
- preparing required documents for wages calculations and verification of the payroll list,
- providing and monitoring legal compliance in relations to human resources processes,
- monitoring of wages and absenteeism, overtime control and employee attendance,
- support for HR Manager and pinch-hit during the absence
- communication and negotiation with external suppliers (attorneys/ HR consultants/ trainers etc.). Cooperate with the payroll providers to ensure employees and government authorities are paid on time and accurately,
- participation in international, corporate HR projects, participation in teleconferences
- joining monthly audits H&S, warehouse stocktaking, cooperation with The Work Council.

- cooperation in the organization and coordination of different level recruitment processes,
- carrying out selection of candidates, conducting interviews,
- contact with candidates, customers to clarify requirements in the end signing the contract,
- reporting the performance, perform the tasks under time pressure, deadlines,
- maintaining company standard and secrecy.

- Verification of registries vat, inscribing data to Excel.
