• Create and analyze purchase forecasts for issue to Sourcing, third party and inter-company suppliers
• Drive optimal supply chain with all stakeholders: suppliers (intercompany and third party), forwarders, other agencies (e.g. GSA), Sourcing, Demand Planning, platform Customer Services, platform Distribution and Transport, platform Finance, Quality, Marketing and Channel
• Manage product allocation and supply chain queries from the regions
• Develop process improvement initiatives to overcome departmental issues impacting inventory and service
• Analyze and maintain the planning parameters to optimize inventory and service levels for area
of responsibility
