Main achievements: European Shared Service Center built in Poland to support all Volex European units. Introduction of new chart of accounts has significantly improved cost control. Successful introduction of standard costing allowed better manufacturing costs of sales control and production efficiency. ERP system upgraded. Implementation of Internal Control Standards in Volex Poland. Improvement of management reporting has enhanced sales margin. The Board of Directors member of Volex Poland Sp. z o.o. (Poland) and Volex Europe Ltd. (Ireland).
