Autoliv, Textile Technical Center, position: Project Team Leader, from 11/2015 Project Manager
Leading of the high quality projects for automotive OEM market including scheduling, driving projects, team management, risk assessment, problem solving, main activities:
•Coordination of all necessary activities related to customer Request For Quotation (RFQ)
•Estabilishing and maintain communication path to ensure proper information flow within project team and project stakeholders
•Executing processes within project (Intergrates project team and other resources to carry out the project plan).
•Monitoring and controling processes within project (Regulary measures and monitor progress to indentify variances from the project plan so that preventive or corrective action can be taken when necessary to meet project objectives).
•Closing processes within project (Formalizes acceptance of the project phase scope and brings a project phase to orderly end by TRB sign off/ CCB
•Project risk management particularly tracking tracking identified risk, monitoring residua risks, identifying new risks, executing risk response plans, and evaluating their effectiveness throughout the project life cycle.
•Report project progres status toward TRB/CCB
•Care of quality while performing one’s tasks according quality management system.
•Identification of project scope, ensuring that all stakeholders has been informed about bussines case
•Developing project documentation including project charters, dashboard, project plans, communication plans, status reporting etc.
•Communication to TOP Management about progress regarding projects implementation.
•Resolving or escalating project issues and risks and ensuring that appropriate corrective actions are implemented
• Quality and customer orientatations methodology are being followed

• Leading a Product Development Team involving Quality Department, Process Engineering and Logistics
• Customer support in product robustness improvement
• Cooperation with Company HQ, Program Management and Customer on creating Best Practice and New Product Guidelines
