• Support team member for the company`s leading product based on iSeries (AS400) platform.
Problems handling (understanding of problems reported by clients, prioritising, scheduling, documenting, cooperating with clients with finding best solution).
Software defects fixing (developing patches in RPG and CL).
Scheduling of patches installation.
• Development team
Developing clients` specific requirements extending existing core product`s functionality (understanding requirements, writing specifications, designs, coding in RPG and CL, preparing documentation).
• Implementation team
Installation, configuration and technical implementation of computer systems developed by the company, based on various platforms (IBM`s iSeries, PCs, platform independent - e.g. IBM`s WebSphere), at many different European client sites.
Installation, configuration and technical implementation of various applications developed by third party vendors (PC based).
Implementation of customer specific solution developed as an extension to existing core products functionality, gap analysis.
Integration with external systems – interfacing. Data migration.
Hot fixing when necessary.
• Professional Services team
Various kinds of activities closely related to defining and fulfilling clients` needs (e.g. help with implementations, providing first level support, finding solutions). Trainings for end users.

Last several years I’ve spent working for Misys International Banking Systems in Professional Services department and have been involved in BankFusion Midas and MidasPlus implementations at various locations: Nordea – Copenhagen, International Investment Bank – Moscow, Bank of Cyprus - Nicosia, Tatrabanka – Bratislava (member of RZB Group), RZB - Tirana, RZB - Moscow and others. My responsibilities included performing installations, managing installations, patches deployment, problems determination, analysis and resolution, providing ad-hoc support for testers, system maintenance, understanding users’ requirements and documenting them, providing support for Close of Business processing.
