Main initiatives
 NewEcom program – replacement of three current e-commerce platforms – support implementation of new platform and prepare department to being IT owner (development and operations)
 Reorganisation of the department – plan and implement the transition of the team to be ready to participate NewEcom program – implement the Spotify model approach – support newly appointed Chapter Leads to properly manage Chapters, build strong cooperation within the department to work jointly in the best way of working. Promoting the DevOps, CI\CD and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsible for the strategy, project and initiatives, IT service management, stakeholders management, Development , QA and Operations of the Stibo- STEP Platform. Work in close partnership with the Head of Master Data Management, the Head of Product Content and the Head of Marketing department on the business side and with the heads of the Marketing Operations and Ecommerce, eBusiness, Infrastructure in IT.
Responsibilities
 Define and manage the Product Information Management IT Strategy across all Europe channels (Online, Advantage and Retail)
 Capture and prioritize the Demand across all Product Information Management domains.
 Ensure Successful Change Management and Quality Assurance for all Product Information
Management applications supported by the Step platform for the company
 Build successful partnership with European and Global business and Technology leaders
 Manage/leverage the partnership with external vendors active in this domain

Leading and managing group of 20 IT Program and Project Managers, who are responsible for delivering over 40 programs/projects.
Managing the biggest, most complex and important initiatives as a IT Program Manager.
Main duties:
 Support of IT PM and IT PgM, control and verify actual project/program status
 Support of company PMO - actual project portfolio status, preparing procedures and legislation for project management
 Prepare presentations and reports for IT senior management with status of projects portfolio
 Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
 Cooperate with other IT Departments to prepare recommendations for information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.

Managing the biggest, most complex and important initiatives as a IT Program Manager:
- Core Banking System upgrade
- Demerger program - demerge of mortgage Bank from BPH structures to create new separate Mortgage Bank.
Main duties:
