• SLA (Side Level Agreement) implementation with key suppliers;
• Implementation of new operational models/processes with suppliers (VMI/SMI, volumes allocation, call-off process, local warehouses);
• RM deliveries planning and coordination in order to secure production continuity;
• RM inventory management & optimization;
• Initiating and leading SC “brainstorm” workshop aiming to determinate potential saving projects;
• Coordinating local and regional cost saving projects;

• Leading activities to achieve/keep high level of RM suppliers service (responsiveness, quality, cost);
• SLEA (Side Level Execution Agreement) implementation with key suppliers;
• Periodical suppliers evaluation;
• Key suppliers capacity tracking (long & short horizon) and taking prevention actions if needed;
• Leading Material Cost Reduction Program for the factory;
• Carrying out actions leading to material loss elimination;
• Negotiating and implementation of cost saving project on supplier side;
• Support SIP effort in RM Inventory reduction by initiating and leading inventory reduction project with suppliers;

• Keeping high customer service level through smooth and effective production and distribution planning;
• Responsible for FG production planning, distribution and inventory over EMEA markets;
• Responsible for Non Performing Inventory elimination over WE markets;
• Supporting new initiatives/product implementation;

• Daily cooperation with RM suppliers;
• Long and short term RM forecast preparation;
• RM delivery coordination;
• RM inventory management;
• New projects implementation support;

• Gathering information about purchasing processes, for SAP implementation project;
• Daily contact with suppliers;
• Negotiations with suppliers;
