- Project management according to PMI standards – responsible for all 10 areas (Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Communications, Risk, Procurement, Stakeholder),

- Client needs on-site analysis, defining scope of work with client,

- Focused on SDH and PDH radio equipment, Specialize in analysis, designing and development of Operations Support Systems (OSS) in areas of Fault Management, Inventory Management, Configuration Management, Performance Management, Software Management.
- Design of Web Services, which covers communication with other Comarch components and external applications,
- Designing Service Provisioning data flow,
- Testing, optimizing and tuning java components.

- Research and development of Operations Support Systems (OSS),
- Analysis of SDH and PDH radio equipment and switching equipment,
- Designing and development of mediation modules,
- Analysis & design of interfaces to external systems including proprietary protocols,
- Development of business rules in expert systems (event-driven programming),
- Analysis and development of inventory data model and data base model,
- Testing, optimizing and tuning java components.
